Step: 2 We are currently using the following programs:
Digital transfer can be made from a wide varity of artwork files, pictures, and drawings. We can use almost any form of graphic or lettering can be used to produce custom digital transfers, bmp, jpg, tif, etc... but remember the quality of the submitted artwork file, picture, or drawing will greatly determine the finished product.
If your file is poor quality and you need it recreated or touched up, please include it in an email with your order and our art team will be glad to take a look at it. Step: 3 You do not have any artwork? Silver Mountain Graphics Art Department Can take care of that for you. Please email us a line-by-line description of the design you are wanting us to prepare for you. Include any wording you want used and it's proper spelling, also specify arrangement of each line of lettering straight,arched,slant,etc... If you are wanting any specific fonts used in your design, please specify. Finally include some type of description of any graphics you want us to prepare for use in your design. Please remit the requested information for each of the above steps to sales@silvermountaingraphics.com A email containing a link to your design will be sent to you so that you may veiw and approve or make changes to the design. |

Step: 4 Please send an email containing all the below information to sales@silvermountaingraphics.com 1. The amount of transfer you are ordering. 2. Any files or descriptions we will need to prepare your order. 3. Include wether you are ordering light or opaque transfers 5. Your company or contact persons name. 6. Your complete shipping address. 7. Phone number that we may reach you at between the hours of 10am-5pm. M-F EST. |
An email will be sent to you containing an order layout design proof and payment information as quickly as possible, if for some reason you have not received this email within three business day please contact us.
