Application Instructions for plastisol transfers
going on 50/50 or 100% cotton garments

 
1. If garment is 100% cotton then preheat the garment for 10 sec and let cool to the touch. If its a blended garment then go to next step.
2. Place transfer printside down and postion it on the garment where you want it.
have your press set at 380 degrees with a pressure setting of 40 psi (firm pressure) and press design for 7 seconds
3. lift platen and peel immediately*. *Exception - If transfer has a white backing then wait 10 sec then peel or if you have a heat eraser then brush over transfer for 6-8 seconds then peel.

 
Application Instructions for plastisol transfers going on 100% POLY

 
1. Preheat the garment for 10 sec and let cool to the touch.
2. Place transfer printside down and position it on the garment where you want it.
have your press set at 365 degrees with a pressure setting of 40 psi (firm pressure) and press design for 10-12 seconds
3. lift platen and peel immediately*. *Exception - If transfer has a white backing then wait 10 sec and then peel or if you have a heat eraser then brush over transfer for 6-8 seconds then peel

Application Instructions for Tri-Blend transfers

 
1. If garment is 100% cotton then preheat the garment for 10 sec and let cool to the touch. If its a blended garment then go to next step.
2. Place transfer printside down and postion it on the garment where you want it.
have your press set at 365 degrees with a pressure setting of 40 psi (firm pressure) and press design for 8-10 seconds

Application Instructions for Wear Proof plastisol transfers

 
1. Preheat the garment for 10 sec and let cool to the touch.
2. Place transfer printside down and position it on the garment where you want it.
Wear proof can be pressed at varying temperatures depending upon if you need a lower heat setting for your garment. If you do then we recommend pressing at 340 degrees with a pressure setting of 45-50 psi (hard pressure) for 12-15 seconds.
If you do not need the lower temp setting then you can press at 365 degrees with a pressure setting of 365 psi (firm pressure) for 8-10 seconds. For both applications:

Garment Care/Washing for all types of transfers offered

Always turn garment inside out before washing.
Machine wash warm. Preferably hang dry.
Do not use harsh or bleaching materials.
Optional - Tumble dry with cool air setting.

If garment needs ironing, DO NOT iron directly on the transfer
After washing we recommend turning the shirt inside out and ironing
the image from the back

Due to the wide variety of heat presses, printing times may vary always

preform a test printing on similar material before starting a production run.
