Recommended for use on poly-cotton blends, and 100% cotton. We do offer transfers for use on 100 % poly /moisture wicking material please contact us for that price list

Our custom transfers are designed to have the appearance and hand of direct print, with application on light , medium and dark colored substrates.

Depending on the color of the substrate and the color or colors of ink in the design, hot split transfers can be "cold peeled" for greater opacity.

Step: 1

Please view our color chart and decide what colors you want us to use in preparing your transfers.

 

Step: 2

Using the chart below decide how many transfers you want, based on the number

of colors to be used and the number of transfers, the chart will indicate the cost.

Chart prices are per transfer sheet (12"x14" printable area) for example: 12 - 2color sheets would cost 12 x 5.90 = 70.80 plus shipping                 Prices Effective 1/1/2015

We also offer 13" x 18" transfers to figure pricing for those just add 1 to the number of colors your design has... ie (100 pc 1color design on our oversized sheet would be charged as a 2 color and cost you 150.00 plus shipping)

We allow ganging of same image or images of same color(s) at no additional charge

Designs that have a color change are charged $10.00 per change*

* (for example: 100 pc 1color design where you want 30 white ,30 black and 40 red sheets would be charge as a 100 pc 1color design with 2 color changes                                  so it would be 100 x 1.00 = 100.00 plus 2 color changes x 10.00 = 20.00 for a total of 120.00 plus shipping).

Step: 3

We currently are using the following programs

Adobe Illustrator CC 2014

Corel X7

Photoshop CC 2014

If your artwork is not in a vectorized format but is in the form of a bmp, jpg, tif, gif or pdf

etc...,our art team can converted it for you into a suitable format for us to produce heat transfers.

Any fees will be emailed to you before any production has started.

Step: 4

You do not have any artwork?

Silver Mountain Graphics Talented Art Team can take care of that for you.

Please send us a line-by-line description of the design you are wanting us to prepare for you.

 Include any wording you want used and it's proper spelling, also specify arrangement of each line of lettering straight,arched,slant,etc...

 If you are wanting any specific fonts used in your design, please specify.

 Finally include some type of description of any graphics you want us to prepare for use in your design.

A design proof well be emailed to you so that you may view and request any changes that may need to be made to the artwork.

Any Art Fees will always be quoted before any work is done.


Step: 5

 Please send an email containing all the below information to sales@silvermountaingraphics.com 

1. The ink colors you want to be used in preparing your order: If submitting a PMS color a $25.00 per color matching fee will apply.

2. The quantity of transfers you are ordering.

3. Any files or additional information we will need to prepare your order.

4. The main color of garment you will be applying the transfers onto and fabric content of the garment.

5. The date your order needs to be recieved by.

6. Your company or contact persons name.

7. Your complete shipping address.

8. A phone number that we may reach you at between 10am - 5pm. M-F EST.

 

 An email will be sent to you containing an order layout design proof and payment information within 4 hours if submitted during our business hours (if submitted after hours please wait until 2pm est. the next business day), if for some reason you do not receive this email please contact us.
